Kit d'embrayage Dalton pour Arctic Cat Wildcat 700 Trail/Sport

I bought a used 2017 Wildcat 700 with 89 hours on it a couple of year back and was never really happy with the way it pulled away from a stop. It shook and shimmied a bit. I have installed snowmobile clutch kits in the past which have improved both up shifting and back shifting so I thought this may be the way to fix the issues. After reviewing kits available for my machine, the Dalton kit had a number of good reviews and Revco had a decent Black Friday sale price so I purchased the kit along with a clutch removal tool as the ones in my tool box wouldn’t fit the Wildcat. The installation instruction are clear and concise. I did notice the clutch and secondary were in need of lubrication along with the alignment marks on the secondary being out 180 degrees. Previous owner must have had it apart. I also removed one of the thicker shims in the secondary to reduce belt slop (deflection). So with the new kit new kit, clutch and secondary lubricated, secondary aligned and the belt adjusted properly I am very happy with the shift performance. My Wildcat now pulls away strong and smooth and back shifts very well. Now I wish I had done this upgrade and maintenance work sooner!!

2015 arctic cat wildcat sport 700 limited with 30 inch carnivore tires. This kit is a must even on stock tires or oversized tires to fine tune your ride to make sure you get all your power to the ground is everything plus it takes all the stress off your powertrain. With the Dalton kit, it turns my 30s with ease and maintains constant belt tension throughout the power curve. And it has super smooth engagement and improved the up shifts and down shifts. Love it definitely a must for any machine.

Product fitment and performance so far is great. Label in packaging stating which spring was the primary or secondary was wrong. This would definitely confuse a basic installer

Put in my bike, used the second biggest weight, running 30 inch tires, clutch actually engages and performs awesome. Highly recommend if your throwing bigger tires on your bike

I put 30s on my Wildcat Sport Limited (700). Performance went down from the bigger tires and I could smell my belt burning on steep inclines. I added this clutch kit and I love it! Performance is back to normal and the clutch seems so much smoother. Easy install too! Highly recommended!
