Please Note

• 2016-2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 models - When using this stator on 2016-2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 models, please pay close attention to the stator and regulator wiring harness routing. The OEM wire routing was very poor, and allowed the harness to rub against the motor, damaging the insulation and damaging the charging system. We recommend routing your stator/regulator wiring outside of the frame rail, and securing the harness to the frame with zip ties. This should prevent any future damage to the wiring harness.
• RZR XP 900 and RZR 4 XP 900 models - There are two possible stators for the RZR XP 900 and RZR 4 XP 900 models. This stator fits models built 3/16/12 and after (OEM# 4013013, stator thickness 19 mm). (For the stator built 3/15/12 and before, the right part is RM01205 (OEM# 4013224, stator thickness 27 mm).)

Please Note

• This stator requires reusing your original 16-terminal connector. Please de-pin the stator wires from the connector, and install our wires, being careful to keep color and location the same.
• Some applications of this stator will use a 3-terminal connector wiring jumper. We include this for you to replace your old connector if it matches your application.
• If you do not have a 3-terminal connector wiring jumper, ours is not needed. These applications will instead have a 2-terminal wire jumper with a black rubber plug that will need to be reused.
• We include a short wiring jumper with Black and White wires and a 2-terminal rubber plug to replace your original as well.
