This battery is sealed and although it has been charged at the factory, the end consumer (you) are responsible for checking the voltage and charging if required before installing in your vehicle. Note: If battery leads are "box-type" as in many Yamaha applications, modification of the lead connectors is required to use this battery. Otherwise use part# YUAM7210A. Refer to image for visual explanation.
