Built to Last with Billet Aluminum…

At SuperATV, we’ve destroyed more clutches and belts than you can count (all for research, of course). We know exactly where stock clutches go wrong. We designed our clutch assembly with a 100% 6061-T6 billet aluminum body. It’s tougher than the cast aluminum used in stock clutches and it’s naturally balanced, which eliminates the need for balancing holes used by OEM that can compromise strength.

…And Chromoly Steel

We use 4140 chromoly steel for the spider rollers and pins. They’re stronger and smoother than factory, so you can push your ride to the limits without backing down. This clutch is more reliable than stock and it’ll destroy fewer belts. That’s what you should expect from SuperATV.

    I’ve put 300 km on it so far and it works perfectly! Smooth engagement, super quiet and my power has been restored. Only reason for the 4 star is because I have not put enough trouble fee miles on it yet.
